I am Bridget Young, and I live in Baotou, Inner Mongolia. I work as an English teacher at the Number 1 Senior Middle School. I've been here in China since July, and I've been to the following cities: Beijing, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Dalian, And Baotou! I hope to get to know some great people on this site!

Great to see you here & to view
your webpage through the link
in your Treehouse profile, Bridget.

Please tell us a bit about your
China experiences over in the
provincial forums.

Inner Mongolia must be quite
a unique experience in itself.

Is it starting to get cold at this
time of year?

Yes! It is starting to get quite chilly here! They just recently turned our heat on in both my apartment and in my office. Now it's ridiculously hot both places, and I have to open windows!! I wish they would just put a thermostat in my apartment. I could save them money! I don't necessarily need it to be 26C in my home! A nice easy 22 would be ideal.. alas...China... Rolling Eyes

Bridget, welcome!

As for the heating issue, I betcha the guy that has to buy the thermostat is in a different department than the guy that has to pay the heating bill. Wink Laughing
