It's 77 square meters, with 1 sitting room and dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 washroom. Fully equipped with furniture, including refrigerator, telephone, washer, microwave, whole set of sofa, TV, internet access, air conditioners, dining table & chairs, writing table. Underground parking is available as well. 3. Apartment is available from June,2008 4. Monthly rent: RMB 2,000RMB.Monthly public facilities maintenance fee is included. My house location is defnitely considered as one of the best area to live in Chengdu. It’s pretty ideal for both living and working, 10 minutes walking to the big supermarket--Carrefour, and 5 minutes walk to a big and clean farmer’s market. Small shops, bars and restaurants are conveniently located nearby while it enjoys a pretty view in all sides and a quiet environment. Short term and long term rent is both acceptable. I'm an backpacker from US, have been renting this two bedroom in Chengdu for about a month now, and want to share it with someone until I leave at the end of October. After that, the entire apartment is available for rent. It's a very nice apartment and I feel very comfortable staying here. I prefer to share it with a female or a couple. I speak English, Mandarin Chinese and Sichuan dialect fluently. I'm easy going and love to meet new people and hang out. Sometimes, I run a Sichuan cooking class in the apartment from 4-8pm with a help of a Sichuan chef. So if you live here, you will not only get a free lesson and free dinner as well!
